This is such the greatest places ever i find so close to home and so clean and such the greatest and friendliest and mannered and happy always the staff I find at this place is. This is ideal for somewhere to eat, drink at or even go for a few games such as pokies or even TAB events too or even to watch important sport matches on tv if need be. Either ideal for somewhere to go on Ur own to even with friends or family ideal for any type of occassions too that is. Of Ur wanting somewhere togo to for nice yummy food at a clean place then this is the place guranteed to come to without any second thought. The meals Ur to look at always and say man these r so great meaning so huge and large and won't be disappointed in size wise or even cleanness and freshness of their food either. I would rate this place on cleanness and freshness and well friendly staff as well mannered staff and Great fast service too in all areas of the venue that is too I would rate Tanker Ville as being a five star place or venue to attend too and won't be at all disappointed at any given time or moment or even at any type of event they cater for all sorts of events too. Your guranteed to leave with such a great happy smile on Ur face and no complaints at all with anything to do with the venue. Five star venue this is gurnateed for a fact wait till Ur to go urself and guarantee U will be saying or giving it a five star venue with all aspects as noted within my review of this venue myself of this place too like I have given or say that their worth the five stars guranteed ciao!

Great service. Friendly staff. Steak was cooked good and me and the kids enjoyed the chips that came with our meal. Just a few small things that weren't great, the dressing on the side salad wasn't very nice, also a lack of menu items for children although staff were great and said they could split a main meal but of course kids being kids didn't want the same type of dish, tables could have done with some type of cover on them they had a sticky feeling (not dirty) I guess possibly old tables no biggy though. We are from Tasmania and this was the only place we could find that does classic pub meals like our pub bistro's back home

As a poker player enjoyed the Parma, chips and salad at the Tankerville Arms Fitzroy so much so, it's my favourite. Enormous portion - golden brown and very filling. The salad with a hint of lime and chips are as good as you will ever get. Old fashioned family atmosphere that will appeal to foodies looking for value. ($21) Sadly security can be abusive over trivial matters, BEWARE
